Do not go here on the basis of advertisements. The worst treatment by staffs. Long queues with no approx time guarantee of your number. Only and only time pass done by the nurse staff. Before showing to Dr. Bawankule you'll have to go through 4-5 different stages of checkup and doctors which consumes a lot of time which is actually a wastage. My just normal checkup took 5-6 hrs of looooong wait time here. Definitely not coming here the next time for any eye problem and not suggesting anybody to go here for eye issues.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sarakshi Netralaya and Dr. Bawankule for the excellent care provided during my mother's cataract surgery. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, the entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The hospital staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and supportive, making my mother feel comfortable and well cared for throughout her treatment.

Good team of doctors, especially Dr. Bawankuke. However, the staff's behavior needs improvement; they can be very rude and are unable to manage patients effectively during rush hours

The reception staff is very rude and mannerless. People here are asked to wait for more than 3 hrs unnecessary. There is no proper management, even at times we were made to wait for whole day. First they say need to go to right side for checkup for that 2 hrs waiting then need to go to doctor which gain would take 2 hrs waiting , I am not able to understand why after doing first right side of the checkup people are not taken directly to doctors cabin.

Negative experience at Sarakshi Netralaya Nagpur :- * Poor staff treatment. * Extremely long, unpredictable wait times. * Nurses seemed unproductive. * Multiple unnecessary preliminary checks before seeing Dr. Bawankule wasted significant time (5-6 hours for a normal checkup). * Will not return or recommend for eye issues.

I had my both eyes cataract surgery at sarakshi netralaya recently. Everyone is very cooperative and explained everything about the surgery in detail. Now my vision is far better. So grateful to the doctor for my wonderful vision. Highly satisfied.

The hospital is definitely one of the best in Maharashtra we travelled all the from Hyderabad for eye operation and was totally satisfied with the way doctors responded, I would definitely recommend you guys to take your loved ones to this amazing hospital with fantastic hospitality! Doctors are very caring and the hospital is very neat and clean to stay or wait ! Loved it!!!
