Niyakshi Eye Hospital

Hi All, This hospital is very bad in terms of cost, (34000/- Rs for single eye operation (Cataract). with out telling anything to patient and in name of cashless claim. simply looting from insurance company. I visited this hospital last month for my Mother eye operation (Cataract) and hospital ask if i have medical insurance for my parents. As i already have it from United india (Company provided) Hospital told me they can do the cashless claim and i don't have to pay anything. so initially i was very happy and provided the required documents to hospital to process the cashless claim but after that Hospital and insurance company internally started their communication. and multiple time hospital insurance person not provided me the correct information about my cashless claim. after getting delay by 15-20 days i went to hospital to check the status then insurance person in hospital told claim in not yet approved by insurance company so they are following with company. and when i call to insurance company they told hospital is not providing the require documents. meantime hospital increases the claim amount with out telling me anything and on the day of operation they told i need to pay more as the claim is not fully approved from insurance company. so i decided not to proceed with this hospital and cancelled the operation.

Very bad Docter not to way talk. Must learn how to talk before Doctoring it.. Very very rude👿

Amazing Dr. Viral Shah, Earlier I always had issues with progressive eye glasses and right cure with other ophthalmologists, but he found even the minute angular defect in my right eye and gave proper lens suggestion, later i went to optician to make my new progressive glasses where they also give me discount as they saw Dr. Viral's name, my over all experience is phenomenal with him. I also got my parents cataract removed and did treatment with Dr. Viral Shah and Niyakshi Eye Hospital and my parents are super charge happy with overall treatment and Niyakshi hospital and hospital staff experience. May god bless him Helathy and Happy life and he shall keep up the good work for many years and inspire other fellow Dr's to follow his footsteps.

I went with my father...bt he didn't dignose properly so thankfully we have taken 2nd opinion from other eye surgon we come to know that problem was totally different! I would suggest dont go for this hospital...

Cant trust the doctor as he was giving completely different opinion than other 4 doctors we approched for eye operation. I would advise you not to trust him much and take advise from other doctors before proceeding with him. I dont recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst hospital and worst doctor ever don’t operate your eye here dr don’t have any knowledge about eye surgery

Very bad hospital it is.....they are ill-mannered with their patients and not ready to listen a complete problem of patients also their employees are very egoistic.... I will never recommend this hospital to anyone
