Very very bad service ever I have recieved. First of all they don't have lens for kids. They are lacking stock since 2 yrs. Then no guarantee and warrantee also. During my first purchase they said if broken wil be repaired if in repairing condition. Took one specs then they said no. But other local market vendor repaired and gave. I called him several times but he did not recieve my call. I was standing outside his shop fir 10 mins and called him but he was free sitting on computer still did not answer the call or back call. I was coming to his shop from long distance and wanted to save my time that y calling him. As I reached there after waiting for 10 mins outside I called him again to check whether I m calling on correct number or not. Still he did not recieve the call. After telling him he said I was busy. I asked him for the owners number so he said there is no owner of the shop. How is that possible???

Good experience while visited and good customer service

I went there for my spectacles. I got an warm reception from Mr Sahil. He explained me about different types of lens coating in detail. Gave me ample option to select coating type. Additionally we went for eye test too to cross check my doctors result. The doctor was also nice and took her time to verify the result. Although the lens coating is bit costly but after all Titan has a brand and you can trust it. Overall great experience.
