My personal experience regarding Cataract procedure for my dad was a cake walk which I thought would be little fussy. Thank u doctor and their team for dedicated work towards society.

I recently had cataract eye surgery of my family member ... experience of hospital is great... all Dr. 's and staff members provide proper guidance and are very helpful. All check-ups and operation was carried out smoothly and with proper care. Thank you to Dr. Birla sir and to everyone.

Dr.prashant birla sir and his team work was very efficient. And the approach towards patient is comfortable and kind,polite. We are happy with the efforts of hospital staff.

Firstly I would like to inform that Birla eye care few staff is so good & caring but OPD staff is ridiculously impatient. I was OPD with my mom. We are operating 2nd time with birla eye care because our previous experience in 2023 was so good. Specially staff was so l helpful. But this time experience was completely different, I was in OPD with my mom. Suddenly I got important call & I picked up call only for 5 sec because it was so important but doctor and assistant reacted so wildly, they behave so so rudely. I am surprised how can Assistant/Doctor talk in rude language with your patients/ guest. I understand phones not allowed but there is way to speak with your visitors. We checked in around 10:30 am after long follow up , dr test etc etc we checked out around 2:00pm. I never put google review at any platform but whatever they behave with patients it’s not right. We are humans not machines Try to take care of people 🙏

Worst hospital dont have any kind of decipline. need to wait for 4 consecutive hours very poor time managment and cherrry top is the staff is the worst If you really want to do eye surgery search for some good option insted of this place

The staff was friendly and prompt in their attention. I appreciated how they handled everything efficiently without making us feel rushed.
