Very poor service, do not care about patient time ,very insensitive, suddenly leaves clinic for hours without informing

There is no respect of time of the patient. Doctor maybe highly respected and knowledgeable but overall management is bad. If doctor is taking OPD at 1 am ,how difficult it must be for a patient

Worst staff...7 hrs waiting and Dr goes in between without informing patients. They give appointment of 6pm and Dr sees the patient at 12am.

Specifically for Dr. Anup Shah sir, here is my review. 1) We have no issues with the wait time or anything else, and I can see that it's necessary given the procedure and your busy schedule. 2) The staff members you employed are totally worse, have no etiquette when speaking to patients, have no discipline at all and speak in a pitiful manner. 3) When I took my lassic from you a few years ago, I experienced these problems at that time as well, however after three years, the procedure and the behaviour are growing worse and due to this we even don't feel like coming for the next time. 4) Its a kind request to you sir, please teach them manners or hire someone professional so at least patients like us who believe in your service and want to get treated from you can visit and get us treated.

Very poor experience experienced by my family . Receptionist confirmed patient to visit in visiting hours on Saturday and even patient informed about them being out station patient.After reaching the hospital receptionist told doctor went in OT and will return after 5 pm. For Outstation patients there should be a better clear communication. Whereas current staff is extremely rude. They don't value there clients..

My review is for Dr anup , He may be skilled but He is extremely insensitive and rude . He needs to learn to be polite. He doesn’t know how to talk to new moms , who are still recovering from pain . My baby was born premature, dr anup was totally intolerant and if I ask a question he would ask me to get out . First be a good human , then try to be a good doctor. Horrible experience. Please learn professionalism dr anup .

Master of his craft, the doctor performs so many flawless surgeries in a day. I got my cataract operation successfully operated by him. Master class. Waiting time is always a hurdle but definitely worth the wait. True gentleman and the best for Sure care in Nashk
