Unprofessional and ridiculous staff..just don't have any basic etiquettes of speaking with patients..I was having an emergency and they asked me to come to hospital after reaching there they said we don't take emergency patients.. seriously don't they understand the emergency and value of patients time.. ridiculous experience..doctor should once look into this matter

Dr. Mahajan hospital is one of the finest eye hospital in Nashik Road area, he is well known for Cataract operation , mostly 90% of the patients are visiting here for cataract surgery, hospital is specious and ample of space available for parking as shown in my pictures, good service and mediclaim service is available here, I suggest this hospital for all people suffering from any Eye defect. Cataract surgery mostly costs between 25000 to 30000 depending on the lens quality we select. The hospital is situated on the Jail road Main road so it is easy to locate from the highway.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding of the situation. When I needed an appointment, they directly refused, and I’m certain the doctor was unaware of the urgency. I would not recommend this hospital because of the staff’s behavior; they displayed a poor attitude and a lack of empathy. Dr. Mahajan should look into the staff's conduct. The service was extremely disappointing.

Pathetic experience rude staff and its like no value for your time and staff said come here with patience fir wait 3-4 hours. No management and with their choice they follow serial number. Not recommended for sure and ask only cash and no online payment really doesnt understand this concept

I would give 0 stars as the service is terrible and patients are not treated well. The staff and Pankaj Mahajan are extremely unprofessional. The clinic is poorly managed, and wait times for even a basic check-up can be 2-3 hours. They don't value your time at all. Even in emergencies, such as an eye injury, you won't receive prompt care. What's the point of having a clinic if it can't provide emergency services? Pankaj Mahajan should consider closing the clinic if he can't manage and handle it properly.

Staff was very rude not understanding the situation if patient need emergency appointment they directly refused to take and I know this situation doctor not aware of it about emergency situation. I never recommend this hospital only due to unprofessional staff they doesn't understand the situation.they just show their attitude.doctor Mahajan should look into about staff.very pathetic service.

Waiting time is a lot, we have made a appointment at 11am, and it took 1hour plus to treat us. Secondly they don't accept card payments. Only cash is an option. They should look into it to attract more patrons.

Worst patient management. Dr and treatment is really great but if you wish to delivery quality service to your patients, immediately change your reception staff. Another important thing is stop processing with black money..... I feel you are great Dr n you may have good ethics too.... I wish great future to Dr. Mahajan but worried about the patients who are getting handled by current reception staff.
