Lenskart.com at Ashoka Marg, Nashik

I bought this lenskart blu glasses today from ashoka marg store nashik and i had very immersive experience at store. all the staff members are very nice and talented also they suggested best glasses for my face. especially roshani mam gave me the best choice for my face also they treat every customer very nicely and try to understand what customer exactly need, so i was really happy to had this excellent experience at lenskart, fully satisfied

Dear Lenskart Team, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your store. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers and lacked basic courtesy while interacting. It was evident that they had no enthusiasm for helping or guiding me through the purchase process. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, but unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had with Lenskart so far. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service standards. Looking forward to a better experience in the future.

Staff is very well behaviour and explained everything with clearly....one more suggestion to you....if increment come please give best of best raises to all the staff of Ashoka marg....all staff working hardly and most importantly honestly.... Thanks

Lenskart service is the worst! They took my order, I made the payment and then some other day they called me that your order is cancelled and will refund your money within 24-48 hours. I got refund after 15 days with critical follow-up. Height of this incident is they kept my existing frame for almost a month and again after lot of follow-up they asked me to collect it from store. Such a pathetic service! It's horrible...can't recommend anyone!
