Very much cooperative staff. Right from reception Yogita, Pooja, Ravina, Priyanka,yalini, counselling team Megharaj, Ali to Dr Nidhi, Dr.Rahul, Dr, Atul very helping nature. I had a great experience at Susheel Eye Clinic. The clinic maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene, making it a very comfortable environment. The staff is polite, professional, and very helpful. The doctor was highly knowledgeable and provided thorough guidance. I truly appreciate the care and attention given here. Highly recommended!

Wasted about 5 hours and 2k at the clinic. Had gone with the complain of dry, swollen and redness in my right eye (my old file had the history of lasik with the same doc and nobody bothered to see my old file after repeatedly asking them to check). After 5 hours of waiting and spending absurd money all they did was run the same test I did 10 yrs ago, prescribed the same drops that were given 10 yrs ago. It’s funny how they think patients don’t have brains or are they just so caught and highly disorganised with the way they run the clinic that they don’t care to correctly address the patients concerns. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE. You’ll be wasting your valuable time and money with insincere diagnosis.

Very very poor service, I got a call from the hospital that my appointment is confirmed by 1pm, yet I even called them twice and asked about my appointment confirmation also told them that I need to show my 2year old they told yes my appointment is confirmed, the staf is uber rude and insensitive after visiting hospital they told me dr. is in OT and I need to wait for 1.30hrs after very very long wait still the dr. didn't turn up after asking receptionist she informed to still need to wait they charge me in advance I requested receptionist to call me once dr. is available but she told me that you come by yourself in 30min I won't call... So I just left the place without treatment.. Only a fancy place no professionalism Very very poor behaviour and service Avoid at all cost.

Quick Service. Excellent response from the staff. Experienced Doctors with good guidance. Fees reasonable. But sometimes OPD is not available.

I am very thankful to say that Dr Mr Sharad Patil operated my cataract. It was very excellent experience. I got New vision in my life. The hospital,'s hospitality and service is quite good. I am very thankful doctor and all crew members.

The entire team was very professional, all the staff were very well groomed , and polite. Dr Jyoti and team was very supportive and helpful.
