I had a very horrible experience. All staff here is super non cooperative. Specially ms. Gayatri tried to confuse and fool me when I complaint about my new glasses. Very horrible experience I will never ever visit here again. We are very unprofessional about customer and service. I tried a lot but finally I decided to go for a refund. This wasted my 3 weeks.

I went there to replace and claim warranty for the frame which got broken. The staff there were helpful and informed me politely that warranty for the frame was not available, hence i had to find one suitable for my glass, but i got a useful feedback that the frame could be fixed by a third party serviceman for a very nominal cost and they promised that they would do this service for me. Yesterday i got back my repaired frame and it looks fine. Thanks to all the staff over there who behaved nicely and took care of my peoblem well. Very satisfying experience.
