Very nominal fees compared to private clinics. Less fees means more crowded. Come prepared to wait. Doctors are good. Ample space for parking 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers in hospital premises.

It is a very good hospital for the eyes. The doctors are very professional proper guidance is provided & all staff are coprative. The fees charged are extremely nominal. The major thing is that there is waiting time more as compared to others. And there should be a proper parking area.

Respected owner of tulsi eye hospital First of all, I appreciate the efforts of the trustees in building and maintaining Tulsi Eye Hospital. The hospital is well-equipped, and the services provided are commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the staff's efficiency. I am currently at the hospital for discharge, but I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours because the staff has gone for lunch. Such delays not only waste the valuable time of patients but also affect the hospital’s overall efficiency and reputation. Patients expect timely and professional service, and such negligence can cause unnecessary inconvenience. I hope you will take necessary steps to ensure better staff coordination and time management. Worst management. They told you come for check up at 8.30am but their staff don't come on time. Customer have to wait 1-2 hour delay. On reception desk don't have manner to talk with old people. Very arrogant behaviour they have. For management I will give this hospital zero rating

I would like to share my experience in the Hospital which was very good.Specifically I would like to mention that Mrs Suvarna Sonawane and Mrs.Hema Palande are exclusively most Cooperative.They greet the patients very cordially and are having very Good nature.

Nothing is systematic took 3-4 hrs for Normal eye checkup and the doctor's are treating patients through reference no value for those who are waiting in line for three-four hours. Stop 🛑 this thing's this is hospital maintain some professionalism treating in low cost is really appreciable But not valuing your patient's time is very wrong. It's frustrating you guys need to improve

Hopeless and very poor.. I was entered Tulsi Eye care at approx 4.05pm. To get old documents Reception counter takes 40 minutes then charged me without old documents. At OPD 2 even after blinking my No ie 149 no one attend me for approx 15 minutes. Very surprising my old registration no is 240887 and New no allotted is 1011615..Well done keep it up

Very excellent experience. Doctor is very good. Staff is also very cooperative and well behaved. The Counsellor at counter No. 10 has given us very good experience. . And at a very reasonable price.
