Initially, I had concerns about the quality of both frames I purchased from Eyemart Kamothe. When I visited the store to address the issue, I did not receive a positive response from the staff at the time. However, I’m pleased to share that the new manager Toushif at Eyemart Opticals has truly turned things around. Recently, he personally reached out to me and took the initiative to resolve my complaints. He asked me to submit both pairs of spectacles, and the results exceeded my expectations. One frame was replaced entirely, while for the other, I was given the option to select a new frame, which was fully remade, including both the frame and lenses. This thoughtful gesture reflects a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Eyemart Kamothe’s proactive approach demonstrates how businesses can enhance their brand value by addressing customer concerns effectively and with care. very good deal offered 2 specs with frame+glass for 3500/- only. They have one spectate with gogle clip-on for 1750/- per frame. Service is also good.

The staff's highly helpful and friendly. I recently got frames changed for 3 of my specs and they did a good Job. They didn't have one of the frame for my lens size but they offered to keep it and check in another store. The kids googles collection is also very nice. Overall a good place to get your optical work done. Pricing is also decent. Not veey cheap or expensive.
