Amazing service at best price. I visited them more than 5 times in last 6 month either for me or for my friend. Every time the experience was amazing. Not only their offers are great but even they don't charge for any service or small repairs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at EYEMART store. My mother was in need of new spectacles and we trusted EYEMART to provide us with the right product. However, when we received the spectacles, we realized that they were completely wrong and did not meet the requirements that we had specified. Despite our repeated attempts to rectify the situation, the store refused to acknowledge their mistake and provide us with a solution. The customer service was unhelpful, and we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It is incredibly disappointing to receive such poor service from a company that we trusted. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid EYEMART and their services at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to rectify their mistakes is simply unacceptable.
