Very good collection of frames & Excellent quality of glasses i.e.american eye wear..which is superior quality than Crizal ..Also i would like to mention about after sales service as my frame was dis aligned .so Mr Chaitanya Khilari the owner of the showroom properly aligned the frame twice and also he is very polite & courteous. They sell fake counterfeit eyewear. Bought a Rayban eyeglasses for 12k and the frame color faded within 6 months.

Despite having my eyes checked by a reputed doctor and receiving an incorrect prescription, the owner of Khilari Opticians went above and beyond to help me. They offered to retest my eyes and discovered that the initial prescription was significantly off. The owner then replaced my glasses at no additional cost. The staff at Khilari Opticians are incredibly friendly and treat customers like family. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism.

I am a very satisfied customer of Khilari Eye Care. The store manager, Mr. Chaitanya, went to extraordinary lengths to ensure my complete satisfaction with my glasses. Initially, I ordered a pair of glasses with American Eyewear lenses. However, after placing the order, I changed my mind and wanted Zeiss lenses instead. Chaitanya was kind enough to accommodate my request and made two sets of glasses for me and even offered an extended one-week trial with both pairs. In the end, I preferred the American Eyewear lenses and decided to go with them. I can’t thank the team at Khilari enough for their outstanding customer service.
