Visited the Lenskart branch in Airoli and had a poor experience. The staff were rude and completely disinterested in helping customers. They didn’t even bother to ask if I needed assistance, just stood around chatting. Really disappointing and unprofessional behavior—definitely not what you'd expect when walking into a store.
Visited this particular outlet opposite DMart and this reminded me of my visits to an SBI branch. No one is bothered about the customer. One staff points to other and so on ,, Many more similarities to SBI like "pehle us counter par ja kar registration karo", ,"ham sirf aap ke liye nahi baithe", etc etc. Won't visit this outlet again! And for others reading this review, 'BEWARE OF RUDE STAFF'.
