Third class service provides the lens cart, I had to visit the store 3 times when my order was not received at the expected date, but the staff working at the outlet led me to believe it hadn’t been delivered yet.and all staff have so much egotist the I'm standing with the staff there not at support worst service.my eyes are so sensitive so staff tells that mam you we get your order at expected date but I'm not received the order.😞 next time I will not purchase the glasses from lens cart.

Worst store. I visited. They don't know how to talk with customer. Asked for which frame would suit me they said you only try and check . I liked one asked if I could get one size larger but the person said that it is a right size and actually it was not right he was not ready to see the size of the frame just said it is right one then I ask that it is not right I want a big size I ask him to make large size available but then he was not ready to make it available to and was not ready to talk with us. Worst experience I have normal shopkeeper kive better explain than this worst experience in the LensKart Store

I had placed order for 2 glasses from Lenskart but they were not made of the specifications given. I had conveyed these at time of collecting them also but they told to try for few days.The problem still persist and I had to visit the store again for the corrected glass.Both of them were not prepared as per specifications. I am completely disappointed it has only created discomfort to me.

Not at all good service previously bought lens for my parents , but when my father went again to check his eyes number anf update the lens , then they said no one is available to check number of power lens or out for lunch, or not in the shop various reasons , my father said that he will pay whatever is necessary but still no coperation, and this for going on for a week.

Airoli Sector 7 did not attend as per the allotted slot. I had to leave all important work and reach the store so that I can reach as per my schedule. This is pathetic service

Most useless service by lenskart, at the time of order delivery they charging Rs 10 for the delivery bag also at the time of calling to the customer service you have to wait 10 to 15 min in waiting to talk with executive. This is most worst experience with lenskart.

All the staff are humble and attentive. The location is very convenient. There is parking available nearby the store.

Very well organised store.best quality solution provided by polite staff members.
