I recently visited the hospital for my mom's cataract surgery of both the eyes and overall, I was satisfied with the quality of care and services provided. However, I did identify a couple of areas that could be improved upon. - The hospital's facilities and equipment are modern and well-maintained. - The medical staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. - *Staffing:* I noticed that the hospital could benefit from an increase in staff, particularly during peak hours. This would help reduce wait times and improve the overall patient experience. - *Space and Capacity:* The hospital's current facilities seem inadequate to handle the large volume of patients, resulting in overcrowding and long wait times. Consideration should be given to expanding the hospital's physical space or exploring alternative solutions to manage patient flow more efficiently. I hope this feedback is helpful in identifying areas for improvement. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the hospital staff and look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. Got my father treated for Cataract. The surgery was concluded without any issue Dr Nair is very professional and provides atmost attention to each patient. Medical Staff is also very cooperative. Sneha Ma'am provided all the required guidance and information related to the surgery They also have patients operated under their initiative program.

One of the best hospitals in Panvel, for any eye related treatment From taking the appointment to finally getting results or buying medicines everything is smooth and well organised The doctors and staff there are empathetic, organised, very polite, kindly in nature, especially Sneha Mam and seems to know their stuff very well. I had met Dr. Santosh Nair after general examination and other checkups. He let me take my time and ask all questions and answered them very well to help me understand my eyes and correction etc. Very good experience, would recommend it to all for all eye related treatments

The facilities at the hospital is good and the doctor's are very experienced and knowledgeable, they tell you about the problem in detail and there are frequent follow ups too. The staff is also nice. The waiting period to see the doctor is on a little higher side due to the process of dilation and other causes . I went here for a eye problem which was successfully resolved and the doctor made me understand each step as to why we are doing what. The process of insurance was also smoothly carried out by the hospital.

Worst eye hospital I have ever visited. We came here at 11 am & they made us wait up to 3 pm after that they took us to the doctor. I would never recommend this hospital .Worst service ever.
