The staff were exceptionally cooperative , going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the visit. Ms. Smita and Ms. Minal helped me lot in managing the lens selection procedures and surgery settlements. Dr. Pritam Rajput Sir impressed me with his expertise and professionalism; he took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which helped ease any concerns I had. My experience with Dr. Pritam Sir was incredibly positive during the surgery. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and efficient, which made the entire process feel seamless. I am very much thankful to Dr. Pritam sir for giving me a new vision. I had a cataract surgery a month back. My cataract was dense. Dr Pritams experience and advise was commendable. The surgery was painless. Done with lasor technology. Prism Eye Institute is a compact, clean, very professional eye institute with competent Doctors who love their profession and care for the patients. Their passion shows. Each one has a style of their own like artists , is what I observed. Located in a quiet and centralised area of New Panvel east. Easy to access and not a busy area. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend this institute for those living in Panvel, Navi Mumbai and the suburbs of Panvel.

I want to share my experience with prism eye hospital there is All the services are very good, the way the doctors talk, the cleanliness and the reception dealing are very good. There is an O.T. technician Mr. Pankaj Maurya he is very cooperative and well trained with very polite in behaviour.

Prism Eye Hospital is a well equipped eye hospital with a very excellent and experienced team of Doctors and other dedicated staff. My mother's cataract surgery was done very nicely at affordable cost. The supportive staffs are also very cooperative. This hospital also provides cashless facilities for many mediclaim holders. It's a must visit hospital. Liked it.
