I am taking treatment from Dr. Hrishikesh since last two years. Highly experienced, professional and honest doctor I have ever seen. I have some rare eye disease and blessed to have a doctor like him.

The receptionist's behavior it's quite discourteous, often lacking cooperation with patients. Even in emergency situations, she will insist on scheduling appointments for the following day rather than offering immediate assistance.

Careless and arrogant. The assistant doctor gave wrong power number to my wife, and the doctor approved it despite my wife telling him that it is giving her strain and blurred vision. When she got the glasses made, she could not read anything with them. We went to the doctor again, who declined to take responsibility for this and said that we will need to come again for thorough checkup. He must have done the thorough checkup on the first instance itself, since there was a big difference in the power number that he wrongly gave and the power my wife was using already (with no problems at all). On an eye checkup at the optician's store, it was found that the old existing number was correct and doctor's number entirely wrong. We incurred a loss of Rs. 2400/- for the left eye lens that we had to get made again. The doctor irresponsibly declined to take any responsibility for his act and instead questioned us. Highly unethical, careless, and unprofessional doctor. Please avoid going here.

For an emergency on Saturday, the receptionist wants patient to take appointment for Monday.

Receptionist behavior is totally not acceptable guide them ethical way.. Tell them to behave like a receptionist ... Fully disappointed

Careless and they don't check correctly...pls don't go to these...least recommended
