Staff not supporting complete cashless facility for HDFC Ergo , upon getting pre approval we were asked to pay the entire difference amount as deposit, Since the claim was not sent clearly as instructed by HDFC rep we had to pay 36% co pay instead of usual 15 , Rep assigned to us refused to call the HDFC rep
