Pathetic experience. The lady at store who denied to disclose her name had place order for my lense on 03.03.24 and was asked to pay full amount during ordering. She called on 09.03.24 mentioning the lense arrived as had pre planned travel could not visit on 09.03. Had visited on monday 11.03.24. Wherein she mentioned that even though lenses arrived the fitting on my frame would take 1 full day. I mentioned without my lense I cannot work. And eye sight becomes blur without lense. Had asked for spare specs for which the lady arrogantly mentioned we do not offer such spare. These people are not at all cooperative. The old panvel titan eye plus is a pathetic one. Even After paying full amount on advance am slogging to get them fitted on my frame.....Pathetic experience..
