Titan Eye+ at Seawoods Mumbai (Optician)

Very good service, my specs broke and the team repaired it in 5 mins, had visited 3 shops before this all of them couldnt do it!! Amazing service and very good frames, my next purchase will be from titan eye plus only!!

The staffs at Titan seawoods are very helpful, they have treat us very patiently which is a very happy moment after a year as well . Thanks to Neha and all the staff for making the place comfortable for customers like us and also happy with the option which was made choice with Emporia Armani.

The store was clean,nea and tidy the store was a bit small the sales men were kind and helpful the lines which were written next to the photos were nice make all the chairs have wheels and the top two glasses were these two

Before one is broken and the after one is they make and give me like older and they clear all problem like fit the glass in good way and explain me in good way what all they did and all Really it was the good service 🤗😊.Excellent helpful service by all staff......Had a good experience and the store has varieties of collection. Worst shop I had ever visited. I had purchased a product on 23rd Jan that time they told me that they will deliver it within 3-4 days. On the 4th day I called hime and they said one more day I'll give it to you tomorrow. On the 5th day i got sms saying that it will take 2 more days to deliver it today is 30th Jan and their 3rd promise also they are not keeping. Not a local shop also takes 8 days. And after 8 days also I'm not sure that it will get me.
