Vasan Eye Care

3 years ago i went for lasik. The doctor she we can do PRK for your eyes due to some conditions like eye thickness. I said okay , but will i get 6/6 vision he said 100% sure , I also said him that I wanna appear for medical exam for my navy job he said its okay , you ll pass the exam. After the 8 min surgery the vision was blurry as there were some drops in my eyes. when after a week i went for check up the vision was not corrected and it seemed to be more worsen. Before PRK my myopia was -1.5 both eyes . doctor was asking me to read the things at distance i was not able to read it completely that is no 6/6 vision. he said its okay your eyes are fine. you will be able to see after a month. But no I wasn't. And sadly I failed my medical exam. Now I consulted another reputed doctor at vashi sec 17 he checked my eyes and also the thickness of the lenses , he said why your previous doctor did PRK he should have done lasik cuz my lenses thickness was very good. Now i am going to reoperate my eyes from the vashi doc(don't wanna reveal his name) . VASAN EYE CARE SUCKS. and its doctors also sucks.

My sister had some problem in the eye 3 years ago and staying close to this clinic decided to go for it. The doctor's name was Pandit and he gave her medicines worth 2500. Further, the doctor gave her injection, followed by doses of steroids, in the eye without telling her which resulted in complete blindness in one eye. Not being able to see she freaked out and decided to go for a second opinion. This time she went for Fortis Mulund and what she got to know was shocking. The doctor at Fortis told her that she had minor Conjunctivitis that needed no medication and the injection was needed at times of surgery for cataract surgery. She immediately stopped the medications and it took 20 days before she could see properly. It was very bad experience.

I visited there on 09 SEP 17. They are not able to delivered spectacles in time.. Even charges are higher than reasonable... Needs some internal improvement...

very rubbish hospital, never go there. Few months ago i have done a cataract operation of my mother, in which doctor recommended a wrong power of IOL, and to correct this , i have to go again for surgery to change inserted lens.

Best LASIK Treatment hospital.. still checkup needs to be more effective.. No problems occur due to lasik treatment here..
