Vidhi Eye and Skin Care Centre

It was one of nicest experience I had with Vidhi Eye and skin care. Although I stay at Ambernath I didn’t find a good hospital for cataract. I found Doctor Divyang Shah a nice human being . Cooperative and professional staff . Simple but well equipped hospital. I did cataract surgery on both eyes and it was successful. I have appreciated Doctor Sir for everything . Today money is not an issue with every person but some amount of human touch and healing is needed. I think I have observed at Vidhi Eye care .Thank u everyone once again. MP Joshi

There are very bad staff and there is no discipline to talk to them. They wait for a long time and say that they will not come in 10 minutes or an hour. And the doctor is also negligent. It is a very bad thing.

Dear Sir, We are Visiting Only For You Because Your Are The Best Doctor. Today Reception Told In Call Plz Come Till 12:30, We Come at 12 Noon And Request to Reception Take In Mid Of Queue Due To The Patient Is 2 Year 4 Month Baby And No- One Emergency Patient in The Queue. I know here Appointment System Not Work But Your Jr Mr Shankar Replied To My Wife " Rahana To Raho Nahi To Nikal Jao" This is Very Bad Statement By Yur Jr Shankar .Earlier In Last September 2023 Same Behavior With Other Patient But I Have Not Complaint Because I Always Respect The Priority Of Patient and Designed Process. Please guide those type of Junior To Behave Better With Atleast Senior Citizens And Kids Patients.

One of the worst experience. Waiting time of 2 hour just for regular eye check up for number. And ended up giving up appointment as i was not able to wait more than that. The staff needs to be little more informative towards patients informing them about the waiting period so that they can plan accordingly. Hope they will consider this or still going to take years for this consideration as they have took 2 hours waiting period.

Dr Vipru Shah Went for finger fungal infection for my daughter instead of improving it became worse not satisfied by her treatment. In this Covid situation other all doctors are atleast checking the patient but she doesnt even see the patient properly and prescribe medicine which destroys the whole situation. My daughter cried after every use we thought that it might be the recovering thing but instead it increased. Very much disappointed.

Very poor quality service There is no cleaning staff. And it has too waiting time .

Never go to the skin doctor Dr Vipra Shah. Very laid back attitude in explaining medicines and their applications. My simple boil went from bad to worse even after 20 days of medication. Horrible experience. Never go to her.

It was first visit to her..was bit nervous to go to a dermatologist...since I hv never visited ever...I had sudden severe rashes on my entire body....chkd with docs on practo...but no results and not satisfied at all...searched fr a doc close by...so gt Dr.Vipra Shah iwent in the morning...I was not satisfied with the consultation....since he just had a glance on my skin ...went home took medicine...and slept...when I woke up...i said...thatz what calls so many years of experience...the rashes and redness was gone with one dosages...it was wonderful... experience... Thank you Dr.Shah...
