We as a family of four visited the clinic today. The staff behaviour here is very rude. When you are going as a family you expect to get allocated 4 numbers in a row but the staff was very adamant about allocating different numbers to different family members. Which ultimately leads to more time in waiting. The doctor’s treatment experience was okay.

The receptionist's attitude is highly egoistic. The staff acts as though only the patients need the hospital, not the other way around. The doctor does not personally check every patient but relies solely on subordinate feedback. Thanks for such a service. We will explore other options in palghar like inifigo etc.

The place is clean and very well managed. Doctor is humble and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. All staff are very friendly and co-operative....

Dr. Anand is very good and knowledgeable doctor. He listens to your problems very well and give medicines Also explains the problem and treatment very well. Also all the staff at clinic is very supportive they follow all the covid protocols the staff and doctors take all the safety you can call them and take the appointment if you are not sure about the clinic is it opened or closed they will tell you on call but they will not write your name through call appointment you have to go in clinic if you want to take the appointment inside there is also a medical and spects shop so you can purchase the medicine and other things

Well equipped clinic for Skin and eye care. Doctors are experienced and had expertise in there field and at the same time very friendly in nature. Staff are well behaved and polite.
