Your executive was very much casual about my product. On Saturday I requested for replace the order but till monday it was not proceed and he said very casually that because of rush it was not initiated. If I not visited today and inquired then for next two or three days it is not initiated. Very bad experience. No one was lifted the call when I was need a help. I already shared review on scanner but I don’t know how this matter will take by your review team. First give training to ur executive how to speak with customer and how to behave.

Exceptionally well treatment by Ankur. He is well aware of how to handle customers who come to check up their eyes. He dictates the process and checks the eyes. He also guides you through the further steps which are good for your eyes

It is very good at the time of purchase but when you have any problem and you go to get it fixed then it is useless. Sir come after half an hour. Come tomorrow, come later. There is no repairing staff. Third class

I purchased a pair of goggles from Lenskart in October, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The so-called 'Google coating' started fading away within a few weeks, making the product look old and worn out. Moreover, the glasses themselves are of very poor quality they broke with minimal use! I expected better durability and quality for the price I paid. Absolutely not worth the money. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Hello I have small request from the LENSKART team if i ordered two eyes glasses why they can’t delivered to my home? and when I’m going to pickup my glasses then your store person not providing me a carry bag which means I need to pay 10/-rs for a carry bag, the glasses cleaner liquid also chargeable then why I’m paying 4400/- can you provide a basic things & you need trained your person just give all those information before customer orders something so they know it. Thank you
