Recently visited Balaji Optical for my mother's eye check-up, as she was experiencing difficulty seeing objects at a distance. Mr. Idhate was extremely kind and conducted a thorough eye examination. He also shared helpful tips on maintaining good eye health, which we truly appreciated. The store offered a wide range of eyeglass options at very affordable prices. Their customer service was excellent — they promptly took the measurements for the glasses, and by the next day, the glasses were ready for pickup. They even followed up with a call to ensure timely delivery. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.
