Lenskart.com at Ring Road, Phaltan

I have ordered 3 new eyewear and got 2 with proper lenskart packages but third one got from store in used old case also no invoice into it, store person told me we receive sometimes like this from main factory. It's totally fraud because case is used one with written name on it. I am returning all.

Disappointed with the Service Experience (Phaltan) I had a very disappointing experience at one of your stores recently. As a regular customer, I’ve never been treated this way at any other Lenskart outlet. I understand that I may have visited early, but if the store is open and operational, customers should be treated with respect and offered assistance—not made to feel like an inconvenience. The way I was spoken to was insulting and completely unacceptable. This kind of service reflects poorly on your brand, and unfortunately, it’s made me reconsider continuing as a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer experience moving forward.
