This doctor is always unavailable. No proper timings are followed. Every time you visit need to wait for almost 2-3 hrs . There should be proper time management so that patients don’t need to wait. And the compounder will say half hour will require and later will ask to wait for 2-3 hr . Proper opd timing and operation timing should be followed. Too much rush and no management is there.

This doctor is total waste of time . Always he is unavailable. Need to wait for4-5 hrs . No time management and planning. Pathetic service. Find many other options in phaltan. Please value your patients.

Wonderful experience with Netrayu Clinic. Dr. Mukund was a wonderful surgeon, Special thanks to Dr.Swapna for her gentle behaviour and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured my mother had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Netrayu and would highly recommend to anyone.

Worst service in phaltan city... No planing by any staff ... Doctor given preference to reference wheather you sitted from last 30 min in waiting list .. I wondered 🤔 that his staff hold emergency patient till 20 min but given preference to 2 ladies which is comming from outside I was waiting 40 min at reception after that staff inform me that doctors wants to go lunch.. Same like emergency patients was waiting 20 minutes But 2 girls came record name in register then Staff person called Doctor ,he is agree to check but me & other one emergency patients waiting Finally I leave clinic without taking any treatment after 45 min
