It's very good experience over here, staff is very helpful and cooperative, they resolved all our concerns without any hesitation.

Had a great experience, they didn't charge a single rupee and resolved my issue within 5 minutes. The people in here are very nice. The problem that I had are mentioned below : 1. I had a minor bent frame 2. The hinges were loose They straightened the frame , tightened the screws of hinges, put new nose pads and also cleaned my glasses. I would highly recommend visiting this store !

Sold almost expired product without bill..and non verified QR payment.. i realised this later.

Worst experience I got from here...myself nd my mom went there to take.specs while giving they told it's blue light opposing wala lens n all nd costed 4.5k nearly bt wen I checked with 4 5 shops they showed me live nd I came to know my specs are not blue rays opposing Wale lens 🤷....and even my frame they told it's of fast track n all bt my frame too is getting damaged in 5 to 6 months .... Like for money u all will take advantage of the name of brand and take money ....nd lie to customers very cheap behaviour I had really worst experience from them they r lier..u all should feel shame for your behaviour

Great experience purchasing from here, nicely maintained store , variety of frames and lenses , good customer service, The behaviour of staff is great. And the way they advice and treat customers is appreciable and one of the staff Mr. Mayur sir helping me to suggesting the right products,would love to visit the store again .

Titan eye plus star bazaar gave me an amazing experience and Asarkain was very helpful and patient while I chose between the specs I was confused about. He was indeed really really helpful

Courteous and helpful staff, who are responsive and follow up diligently. Reasonably quick service time (1 day). Store has decent but limited collection of frames.
