We had a very concerning experience with Dr. Chaudhary regarding my husband's cataract surgery. While the surgery itself initially seemed successful, he began experiencing severe headaches and vomiting the day after the bandage was removed. We promptly informed the doctor, who believed it might be due to the antibiotics and advised discontinuing all medication, prescribing only Dolo 650. Despite following his advice, there was no improvement in my husband's condition. Recognizing the severity of the situation, Dr. Chaudhary visited our home and diagnosed an infection, urging us to go to the hospital immediately. After his referral, we sought further consultation with a doctor in Wakad, who then directed us to H. V. Desai Eye Hospital in Hadapsar. Given my husband's age (78) and weakened condition due to the infection, moving between multiple hospitals was incredibly stressful and exhausting. After three days of uncertainty, we were told that the infection had become severe, and the only solution to avoid a life-threatening situation was to remove the eye. The procedure was performed at a private hospital in Pimple Saudagar, where we were informed that in such cases, an immediate injection should have been given to control the infection earlier. Sadly, my husband lost an eye due to this infection, and we sincerely hope no one else has to face such a situation again. This experience has left us with several important questions: 1. How did such a severe infection develop after cataract surgery? 2. Could it have been prevented or managed differently? 3. Why wasn’t the situation addressed more effectively when we initially reported the symptoms? 4. Why were we sent to multiple hospitals rather than being directed to the most appropriate facility right away? From our experience, it appears that there were gaps in post-surgical care and decision-making. We hope this feedback leads to improvements in how similar cases are handled in the future.

I wanted to check my eyes. I search eye clinics on Google, then I have decided to go to this place. but It was really great experience, Dr. Chowdhury is very good and very careful. He listens to my problem very carefully then he chem my eyes. he gives me a very proper number. also, he gives me very good suggestions on how I care for my eyes. cost wise is also good. and he has his own optical shop also. dr. Chaudhari is very recomnded for your Eye treatment.

Highly unprofessional doctor I took prior appointment twice by calling and once visiting his clinic but both the times he was not available and the receptionist told he is in his another clinic so come tomorrow morning when i visited today morning at the given time she said he will take atleast half an hour to reach clinic as he is attending patients at his other clinic. Why give appointment and write wrong timings when you can't sit in the clinic at given time. Although I haven't met the doctor in person but first impression is the last impression.

Good doctor, diagnosis is correct and prescribed effective medicines for eye infection. Normally less crowded and fees is reasonable.

One of best Eye surgeon in PCMC area. Doctor is very polite, highly skilled , his work is qualitative. Hospital is very cleanliness and hygienic during COVID 19 pandemic situation. Dr chaudhari treated my father for vision problem after cateact surgery which was done at other hospital where we were not happy about the surgery there. He explained us the advancements in the technology of phaco at his center and convinced us for surgery of other eye .... which he did flawlessly.....he has given new vision to my father. Definitely recommend him for any eye problems.

Good doctor, true identification of problem and true advice instead of taking only money. Also affordable fees 150 (2021) at City level for middle class. Advanced machine for check up available.
