We got vaccinated for our 2nd dose of Covishield at this vaccination center. Same day appointment can be booked online (CoWin portal) starting between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for 18+ age group. 1. Vaccination drive is being managed in a very well-organized manner by number of helpful volunteers. It is a 5-step process to follow - Step 1 - Entry- There is a tent arrangement once you enter the main gate. A volunteer will guide you which row you are required to sit and wait for a call out. Step 2 - Appointment Verification - Once called in a group of 15, you need to verify your appointment showing SMS on mobile, Name, Age, etc. on counter. Once verified an entry will be done in a register. Step 3 - Secret code Verification - Once you are done with Step 2, you will be directed to Step 3 for secret code verification in system. If all good, you will be asked to proceed for vaccination. Step 4 - Vaccination and Data updation - You will be vaccinated in this step. You name, age will be verified in system through a volunteer in vaccination room. Once vaccinated, your records are updated here in system instantly, as you will also be receiving SMS of successful verification on your registered mobile number. Step 5 - Observation - Once vaccinated, you are directed to proceed in observation area. Your entries will be done in a register, and you will have to sign it verifying your entries. You are required to wait for 30 minutes here. Volunteers will ask you to check if you have received vaccination SMS, provide feedback in register, take a selfie (if you want). They also provide counselling in case you have any queries. Once completed your observation slot, you are allowed to go. 2. The overall process will take around 1.5 hours (including observation time) in case you are going in morning hours as number of people are high. It may vary depending on number of people during your time slot. 3. Hospital promises is very clean and there are number of volunteers who will guide you in overall process. Hospital staffs are very polite and providing all information happily. 4. Social distancing is being followed at all steps. You are required to be always in Mask. There is no rush or crowd as it is all well managed. 5. You will have ample of parking space for 2 wheelers and specially for 4 wheelers. Overall an excellent experience of vaccination process. I must appreciate Government initiative for free vaccination and this time they are scoring in distinction for their arrangements (better than private vaccination centers). Update -Got my kid also vaccinated in Jan 2022 from this centre and believe me the process is super smooth, fast and safe. Me and my wife took 2nd dose of Covaxine here. It's easy and hassle free process to book a slot for vaccine. Informative and helpfull staff. No crowd, well managed and organised. Slots can be booked online or walkin is also available.

Management useless, one Nurse will say it's their job, other will say it's their job l, when head comes then it's everybody job, before the final documents the ward woman was to remove all the old patients cuz new patients coming seriously? Nurse have some brains u expect old people to fly ??? N come quick ??? Maintain and follow proper discipline. Basic learning is important to be follow by the workers BVG n the BVG Nurse etc ( eye specialist ) people in the line to remove case paper and one guy from the cabin goes talking on the phone out side and people should wait till he comes hahahaha is it their fathers hospital??? In which Indian Government Rule it's written without giving discharge to patients you guys try to shift them out ???

Overall services are good but there's one doctor who doesn't give proper cure and gave me the wrong drops and not listening and concerned about my issues and he's been talking to a female doctor doing flirting and all not doing his work.

Very well managed government hospital. Staff is expert in their work, very friendly and co operative. Usually rush in morning. Case paper timing is 9-12. Charges Rs. 20 for new case. It will take 30-40 minutes to get new case paper.. depending on rush. First screening at OPD usually takes 1- 1.5 hr. waiting. Due to lack of proper instruction boards in OPD area some confusion is there in patients ... regarding window line. Need to increase the staff.

My eye operation has been done by Dr. Sheetal and Dr. Prachi very nicely. No pain,no etching , no swelling. All staff members behave politely. All doctors are very cooperative. Specially thanks to doctors who served me Dr.Sheetal, Dr. Prachi, Dr. Neha, Dr. Rupali, Dr. Komal, Dr.Kalpane. First time experienced in government hospital like this hospitality.

A newer hospital with good cleanliness, adequate parking, great eye equipment and professional staff & doctors, clean toilet. One has to show ID proof (Adhaar card) to get OPD coupon @20 only and extra @30 for eye number in writing. OPD timing 9am to 12pm. Hope staff maintains everything in years to come. Excellent Experience on vaccines 18:44 very well organized 1) Within one hour all process ( entrance + attendance registration + vaccine registration + vaccination + watching for any side effects)will take once you enter the hospital. 2) Front line is professional on vaccines injection & polite too. Wishing to continue like this & recommend for 2and dose on the same place (if possible)
