I don't have any concern with Dr. They treat patients very well. I went 2-3 times there, but I have complaint about staff. They don't have descipline. They don't care who is first in row or last. We waited 1 HR extra. They sent patients before us who were actually came after us. I also requested them that my daughter has not ate anything but they don't care. This after 1 hour of waiting, I left, they saw but they don't care about patients. I think they don't need patients. They think that patients need them. Yes, we do. But I think there are plenty of doctors still we came here from alandi., There was reason to came here for check up. But the experience is really bad. Once you rover that doctoysdont need patients, patients needs doctor. Thank you. I will never come again here. Never, just because of staff undesirable attitude...

The hospital is well equipped to provide proper care to the patients. Dr Anjali Sapar has an excellent knowledge in her field. She is dedicated towards patient care and explains the management procedure in great details. Best wishes to her team.

It's one of the best hospital for ophthalmological treatment. I have done treatment for keratoconus past 3 months before and the result turned out to be very good .I'm really thankful to Dr Anjali Sapar , as I'm staying abroad it's difficult for me to visit hospital but she responds my texts regarding followup so quickly.i would recommend to visit hospital if you want best results. Good Doctors … Pathetic staff, though apparently it looks good, the staff service is very unprofessional, unorganized, non-responsible and arrogant. This is my third experience; I have called reception before visiting hospital. The receptionist does not aware of doctor status and without confirming sir/madam availability asked to visit hospital, eventually it was waste of time but I never able to meet doctor. it looks like nobody has graveness about the situation. There is no supervisor who ensure services, every staff provide different information and blame each other. In my case I didn’t had severity thus able to absorb time loss, however I suggest if you have emergency try to find better hospital, you never relay on such pathetic service.
