Natasha eye care

We know Dr Pahuja since last 30 years.He is an amazing intelligent and trustworthy doctor, very very down to earth personality!!!! Even though his clinic is far away from us we prefer to go there and have his treatment!!!! Our best wishes are always with him!!!!

I am visiting Dr. Natasha mam here from last 7 months! She is really good, expert in her dry eye diseases. Despite of meeting many patiants throughout the day, she had never sent me to meet assistant doctor or anything. She always made sure to give me the time needed for my appointment, eager to hear what the patiant has to say plus she gives all information for my eye issues. The receptionist are also very good. They handle so many calls and patiants throughout the busy day!! I only have 2 improvement suggestions:- 1. There are always many patiants I know and sometimes emergency care too. They need to have proper administration and time management for patiants. The appointment never happens at the alloted time. I always had to spend on an average 2.5/3.00 hours at the hospital. 2.They need to improve on primary checks done by other staff ( who are also very good by the way) I have always got an impression that it is not handled in effective way. Hence I have given 4 star rating, if you are okay with time management issues you might as well give them 5 stars!

If I could give zero I would have, playing with someone's emotions is not good. I booked an appointment a week before as I am only available on Saturday and Sunday but they cancelled it on last minute and never even called. When I called they said it's not cancelled but Doctor is not available. Can you please explain the meaning of this? They kept postponing my appointment and not I had to cancel it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not sure this is how a doctor or their staff should behave. Some matters are urgent and a doctor should understand this

Dr Kishore Pahuja is the best eye doctor. We have been going to him for checkups since opening of the hospital. But my latest visit will be my final one there. The waiting time is horrible and getting worse with every visit. We went around 12.50 pm for a 1 pm appointment and left at 4. There were not many patients ahead of us but the waiting time was too long . The first check by junior doctors should be optional . It takes more than an hour to go through it. And the same checks are done by doctor which is more preferable . Waiting time for doctor also extends into an hour . They have an in house option for getting spectacles made but we were too exhausted at the end and just came home. Never again.

Hi! This is Darshan Bhole. Had visited for cataract surgery for my father and the same was operated at Natasha Eye Care Hospital by Dr.Kishore Pahuja Sir successfully. He is really a very good doctor and he explained everything before the surgery. Even post surgery they enquired about wellbeing. Support staffs of the hospital are also very good and cooperative. I am very happy and satisfied with the overall service of Natasha eye hospital. Behaviour of Dr.Shruti and Dr.Jagruti is undoubtedly very good. Overall it was a homely feeling for me. We got all information about the lenses whichever can use in cataract surgery as provided by Stefina and thank you for that. Also i would like to say thank you so much Harshada who helped me a lot in insurance cashless claim and all documnets like discharge. Believe me the insurance process things got done very smoothly in this hospital by the insurance team. I recommend this hospital definitely for others. Natasha Mam is very very busy, she is not aware how to follow the appointment she is committed to attend also, twice I had faced change of date of appointment, then I thought it's better to explore other options available, more is available in Mumbai too... Sorry for the experience I got at your place.
