It was so wonderful experience while my father's cataract operation. Dr.Patil is gem of person & professional. Complete hospital & staff is extremely supportive. Have helped alot during both eye operation of my father. They have taken utmost care before & post hospitalization. Recommend Patil Eye Hospital for those who really looking for specialized treatment for eye related issues.

I wish there was zero star I can give. I took appointment for my mother. When my parents visited there on the date of appointment they said that the doctor is not available today and for the next three days. We can understand anyone can have emergency and due to which doctor can remain unavailable. However whose Responsibility is it to inform the patients who have taken appointments on thst day. It is office staff's responsibility. When I called and confronted about why they didn't inform us. They dont even understand this simple ask. No professionalism at all. They are questioning why should we inform etc etc. Hospitals need to understand that patients are also humans like them. They have to travel. Some patients are old, some are poor, some are young kids and so on. It is important that all these things should be taken into consideration while doing business. Yes - hospitals is business and nothing else now. The staff was not even apologetic about this situation and they asking stupid questions over n over again so the caller hang up the one. Highly discourage everyone to go this hospital.

Patil Eye Hospital my patenrts gone through cataract surgery as well as. Dr Patil sir and all staff are very cooperative. I have availed the cashless facility. I recommend this hospital for all senior citizen As I feel everyone is very polite and cooperative.

I recently visited this eye hospital, and while the doctor is skilled and professional, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor management by the staff. Despite having a prior appointment, I had to wait for more than two hours. The appointment system is unorganized, and patients are not served in the order they arrive, with some individuals being prioritized unfairly. This shows a lack of respect for patients' time and a need for proper training in customer service. I strongly recommend that the hospital management address these issues by implementing a more efficient appointment system and improving staff behavior. Patients come here trusting the doctor’s expertise, but such inefficiency and favoritism can harm the hospital's reputation. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and prompt necessary changes for a better patient experience.

Cannot comment on doctor but Very unprofessional staff. They do not respect your appointment time or your arrival time. They will send people who arrive late in between and will keep others waiting forever. Just speaking softly does not mean being professional. Was waiting for 1.5 hour and my name was 3rd on the list and can see people arriving late and getting in before me but staff just refused to admit that and said you have to wait just because I am not a familiar face to them.

Recently I visited this hospital, but the experience I got from this hospital is very poor. the staff didn't allow us to meet the doctor just because we visited the place after 8 pm. The staff is very incorporative, also after doing several requests they didn't allow us to have appointment. This is very bad behaviour of the staff which harms the environment of the hospital. Also I visited this hospital by travelling 7 km but that was waste of time... I think we should think 2 times before visiting this hospital. This is very careless hospital,

Very poor and worst experience, we went to the doctor at 8:30 still doctor didn't meet us, it was an emergency as I was having eye infection and I have small baby , it was last patient doctor was attending still they didn't give us appointment though hospital time was till 9pm. Doctor with no empathy.

Overall the good service... hospital staff is good..Dr elaborate everything to each patient in very simple way regarding pracautions and how to take care of eyes .
