They are complete frauds , my frame broke within 4 days and they refused to address this issue. They made us visit the store again and again still didn’t provide any resolution. Titan Eye is selling very inferior quality products and they are nit even providing any warranty on frames. Normal sellers are better then these Titan eye people , they are complete frauds just selling their products on name of Tata. I did a follow up with their customer care multiple times but still they did not provide any resolution. Soon they will see their downfall , they are cheating people like this , even lenskart provides warranty of 6 months to frames. They have no answers why my frame got broke within just 4 days. They are just pathetic, never ever recommend titan eye to any one , they are cheaters .

My specs had completely damaged. Thanks to the team here who helped revive it. Great team and great place for your spectacle needs. Thank you!
