The Doctor Mr Shrode and his staff , fullnof negative energy. I placed a order and Paid 2000 in advance , next day I got a call to pay more and confirm the order. This is pathetic. Main important thing is that I lost 2 days. Pls think before visiting the doctor.... Not recommended at all.

I have been a customer of Titan eye plus Baner branch for the last 3 years and have been very happy. Once the Wakad branch opened, we were happy since it was closer to home. But unfortunately the people managing the branch are terrible. When my wife called to check the status of an order that was delayed the person was very rude and made my wife feel very uncomfortable with his language and tone. Not planning to go to the store again ever.

They have given me contact lenses of wrong power even after eye check up. Completely untrustworthy.

Sales person dnt have proper knowledge of the product he is selling. I bought spectacle for my mother while purchasing sales person suggested me to buy progressive lens for which we agreed but at the end he added bifocal lens . Very disappointed service.

Unprofessional staff.. Worst customer experience at the store.. Prefer going to Titan Eye plus in Pimple Saudagar or Baner..
