Came across Dr. Hemashree through one of my friends during a cataract surgery for my father. After getting the meticulous treatment for my father, got my mother and brothers Retinopathy treatment started at her clinic. My brother uses to take his treatment for Retinopathy in Bombay (due to non-availability of good treatment, doctor and few worst experiences for his treatment here in Pune). In the last 4 years they both have been taking treatment under Dr. Himashree for their Retinopathy. Moving the entire treatment from Bombay to Pune, is a self-explanatory for the trust I and my family have with her line of treatment. Very Recently one of my other friends Care taker got her cataract surgery done and has experienced the same hospitality and treatment. Front office staff are very good and have gone out of their way to help the caretaker in assisting her due to language barrier (as she is from Kerala) and being the single patient visitor with no family member during her surgery. One of the Finest Doctor and Human being I have come across, so far with my experience with Hospitals and treatment. Would anytime and blindly recommend to go for treatment with Dr Himashree

It's the worst clinic i booked my appointment at 5pm in the evening and when I reached over there the receptionist told me that I have to wait my appointment was at 7pm and at 6:58 i reached the clinic she asked me to wait , what's the point in booking the appointment . Stupid receptionist. And she was sending other patients to the doctor who were not even having the appointment at 7pm . Wasted my time I was having pain and eye infection. Least bother about the patient's poor management. Don't go on ratings treatment is worst

The doctor was very professional and addressed clients politely. I would definitely recommend .😇 However I did not like the optician guy outside her office. He was handling my spectacle very casually and dropped it right in front of me. Zeiss is pretty costly and I am sure because of him I got some scratches😕
