I have been in touch with Dr. Padmalaxmi mam, Dr. Pankaj sir, and the entire staff at Dr. Agarwal’s Aundh branch for the past 3.5 years, taking care of my mother and spouse. Doctors are excellent & hospital is clean well organized. Pleasure to be seated comfortably while awaiting turn for check up/ procedure. The security guard Shri Mahesh Jadhav is excellent organizer. Uses the limited car parking space very well. Minimum waiting time to exit hospital. Mahesh's smilling countenance helps.

I called the hospital for my complaint. I was attended by Madhuri Madam. She was very caring polite and arranged my visit to the nearest place. Being a senior citizen I wanted some change of timing she immediately without any hesitation did the needful. In the process i had to disturb her often but she was extremely helpful and solved my problem. I wish the duty bound lady all the Best.

They don't follow appointment timings. Appointment confirmation received for 5.30 PM To 6.00 PM but doctor left before 5.30. Indiscipline doctors, staffs and management. Better to visit small clinics. Dr Agarwal Pune is just damaging the reputation of this brand. Will never visit this place again.

Dr Pankaj Asawa helped us with my Mom’s Cataract surgery and it was an absolutely smooth experience. Excellent Facility and Staff, special mention of TARANA KHAN, the counsellor at Agarwal Eye Clinic , she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much for helping Mom see better .

Excellent !!! On 10th May 2025 , Cataract surgery of one eye was done of my mother by renowned & most experienced Dr. Pankaj ji Asawa sir. It was such a smooth process from appointment to Post Operative Procedures. Concellor Tarana madam & TPA co-ordination by Mr. Prasad was very smooth. 3 years back , cataract surgery of both eyes of my father was done by Dr. Asawa only. He has zero complaints till now. We are very happy with the overall experience

All the processes are mapped well. This ensures that THRO PUT TIME PER PATIENT is normal. One input I would like to share!- one eye drop prescribed was not available. Need to review the INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Keep minimum Inventory,at the same time ensure A category medicine's are not out of stock Warm Regards.
