I have recently got my dad Balkrishna Gurav age 73 consulted and operated for cataract surgery of his both eyes at Dr. Dudhbhate Netralay using the latest MICS method. I visited for the first time to check my mom's eye, From the receptionist to the doctor everyone is kind and cooperative, before visiting the doctor i was doubtful about how everyone rates above 4 stars, but now I can say the doctor and staff deserve it. Account department also cooperative, i think doctor is lucky to have such staff, it's really hard to get good staff in any organisation. Coming to the doctor, he is an expert in his field and passionate , he answered all my queries, gave enough time to the patient, with his confidence and explanation i immediately booked for cataract surgery the next day only and had cataract surgery in 7 minutes next day.
