I booked an appointment through Practo and received a confirmation. However, when I reached the hospital 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not available. To add to my frustration, the receptionist claimed to have no knowledge of my appointment. I raised this issue with Practo, but their attempts to contact the hospital for confirmation were also met with no response.

I had a pathetic experience with this clinic. Very unprofessional and rude service. Highly disappointed.After waiting for a week for my mother's YAG laser appointment, they canceled it last minute, just 15 minutes before the scheduled time, despite taking an advance payment. They were not aware at the time of giving appointment that eye drops needed to be applied an hour before the treatment .This pre treatment steps always done in clinic only but they told me to buy the drops myself and apply before appointment .Also they told me this to buy drop when I called them to confirm appointment one day before at 8 PM .That's why they end up with giving same appointment time to me and machine operator and on appointment day machine operator denied to wait for drop application as it will take 1 hour .Also after promising to reschedule, they never called back. When I called them ,staff told me that your money will be refunded . Overall,Very bad experience .I will not recommend this clinic.

Started from home at 10 am to clinic as per confirmed appointment of 10 30. Took half day from office for the same . After 30 min wait at clinic we go to know doc is not available till 12 30 . Pathetic experience I have checked my mail ,practo has not rescheduled any appointment,it is showing same. Also You are scheduling in night 12 30am and which is not even your working hours. I have specially taken half day leave ,started from home at 10 am sharp to reach appointment time of 10 30 am . You should not have confirmed and assume people are free. Time can be busy for all of us. This was not expected from your side Pathetic experience!!

Dr. Ajit Kumar is an exceptional doctor! Warm and reassuring in his approach, he spent considerable amount of time understanding my problem, followed by a thorough check up. I am grateful to have met a wonderful doctor and human being!

I went to Dr. Ajit with a lot of pain and irritation in my right eye. My eye was watery and red and there was a lot of pain. It was unbearable. Dr Ajit quickly diagnosed me with viral infection and prescribed medicines. It's been 4 days now and its a lot better now. Dr is very kind, competent and explains everything in detail. He helped me so much and I'd go to him for any issue I face again without any doubt.
