I had such a fantastic experience at Lenskart last night, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rupali and Sarthak! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—guiding us through our options, helping us find the perfect frames, and ensuring the entire process was seamless. Not only did they assist us in picking out what suited us best, but they also went the extra mile in placing our order efficiently and explaining everything clearly. And to top it off, despite being told delivery would take two days, my specs arrived in less than 24 hours! Now that’s exceptional service! My lenskart spectacles got loose, so I visited the store to help tighten them up. People at the store were least interested. First they say we do not have nylons, then they say visit the store nearest to you. I told them you are the nearest store, then they say visit other stores they would have it. When I told them, you tell me which store to visit, they reluctantly dialled up another store and then they said they also do not have it and we do not know when it will arrive. Pathetic, no customer centricity at all.

Staff is very helping , specially Upanshu has helped a lot , he helped even at the time of closing for half an hour . Helped in choosing frame according to face shape .
