The overall experience at the hospital was very good. The steps to perform before during and after surgery were thoroughly explained. Enough people were available to make sure that there is no delay and patient was made comfortable before and after surgery. Other processes like billing, post surgery steps were explained in professional manner. Would suggest everyone to visit the hospital in case you are in need of anything related your vision. Kudos to the entire staff.

I brought my mother here for a cataract operation, and the entire experience was smooth. Dr. Jai Kelkar provided excellent guidance throughout the process, and the surgery was performed with great precision. The hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and the staff was supportive. One area that could be improved is the appointment booking process—it would be helpful if it were a bit more convenient, as we had to schedule the appointment 2–3 weeks in advance Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and professionalism at the hospital.

I called for appointment. Lady was not having proper info about doctors and disturbance was at her end. Same thing need to tell more than 4-5 times. She started shouting on me as I only need. Lady was not at all supportive and she was so arrogant. She don't know how to handle customers. She passed the phone to another lady, that lady also have same behavior. I think someone should give proper training to these ppl on how to handles the calls.The experience was very worse ,so irritating. Why to go such hospital when lot of other options are there. I have taken appointment of multiple hospital in my life but never experience like this before. All were polite and humble. Employee of this hospital think like government job, first time do proper and no need carry same behaviour again.Behave rude with others.

Very good facility. The staff is very good and humble. Very careful and supportive with elderly parents. The doctors are class apart. Value for money. Extremely good setup. Anyone can surely come here for consultation without a doubt

1. Docters are good 2. But, post surgery, there is no proper communication. Indifferent procedure based on how their staff is available 3. For disposable water cups, it is not kept near water dispenser. If you ask for paper cup twice, you are treated as if you are asking for their kidney 4. IPD billing department is prompt and communicates well
