Om Eye Care | Unit of Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

I have visited clinics of OM eye care at Viman Nagar and Vishrantwadi several times. Everything about these clinics is very good .The support staff is very cooperative. The only problem is that patients have to spend lot of time at clinic even after taking appointments. Otherwise everything is first class. I would recommend this clinic to all those who want quality treatment.

25 March 2025 my wife had eye cataract surgery by Dr. Anand Palimkar at Dr. Agarwal & om eye care hospital.After surgery within 15 days the vision is very clear she can see Distance/Intermediate and able to read small letters. I am thankful to Dr. Anand Palimkar, Dr. Agarwal sir & Staff.

Went for eye checkup as one of my friend recommended, doctor treatment is ok. This review is mostly about cleanliness around hospital premises, when we think of hospital the basic understanding is that it would be clean. Here outside the hospital it's too dirty of pigeon dropping, the smell is too bad. Hospital board is dirty, inside there is cleanliness but then there is very little space for patients to sit. So when for checkup and procedure you have to be present for hours, literally patients are sitting in too bad condition. To manage patients queue well I suggest there should be token system to first come first basis and put up a display screen for doctor name and ongoing patient number this shall reduce patient mismanagement. There is certainly need of improvement in this area.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Visharantwadi branch optical shop. I placed an order for new glasses on January 13, 2025, and paid an advance of ₹400. Despite following up 2-3 times, my order was still not completed as of January 27, 2025. Frustrated by the delay, I was forced to cancel my order. I kindly request you to train your staff on the importance of providing better customer service.
