Dr. Nikhil was excellent. He listened to all concerns and addressed properly. Guided with all relevant tests and cleared all doubts. Very good, highly recommended!! Be rest assured to go with his advice. Rest of the services have lot of scope for improvement. Apparently, due to some issues systems were not working for more than an hour delaying the schedules. Immediate action should have been to call later appointments and ask to come late. Had to wait for a long time. AC work was going on during the working hours (afternoon). One can only imagine sitting for long time without AC in this climate. Staff co-ordination can be improved. Inspite of prior appointment and wait for an hour, we were asked which Doctor are we waiting for. Rest fine.

This clinic is completely changed, especially the administration with the management of Agarwala. The front desk system is time taking. Two years back I have operated my Son and Father in the Dr. Prabhudesai clinic, everything was professionally managed. Today I booked the appointment online for Dr. Joshi, The front desk person made me to wait for 15 min to complete the formality and payments. Later I came to know Dr. Joshi was already early out in the afternoon. The front desk person was unable to refund the money, requesting to wait for 4 working days, It’s a disgusting experience… the call center and front desk had no justification other than saying sorry .. sorry. I travelled 20 km after telephonic confirmation, no courtesy to call back if Dr. is not available, no courtesy by the front desk to inform Dr is not available, just collected money. I hope, I may receive a typical response of we will improve. However, its not worth visiting the Agarwals clinic.

My experience is good overall My sister had cataract surgery done by Dr.Medha madam Dr Nitin prabhudesai also good I had come here from Satara for the treatment. Counseling procedure all explained by Ms.Rekha. She is very corporative she makes relax and comfortable for procedure Everything is nice

Worst experience of my life. It is worse than a government office. What should have taken one hour ended up taking 5 hours of our time. I had taken my father who is quite old, they didn’t even care about his age. All they seem to care about is your money. The doctors were behaving like college students, far from the professionalism one expects from the noble profession. I strongly advise against visiting this place, i have never been treated like this in any hospital in 40 years of my life. Save yourself some headache and go to some other place.

Very nice treatment by Doctors and staff also. professionally everybody is good at service. While operating We are feeling that We are at home not in the hospital.. Thanks to everybody.

R v diwakar i know dr prabhudesai since 2005 he a really god for me till today my sight is good even in 2020 due to blood pressure my eye become blur and and operated with him after that my eye sight improved i know also without my eye vision is improving gradually My wife also operated with both eye cataract with dr prabhudesai maam All staff is good Rekha madam is very cooperative

Had a very good experience at clinic. All the staff is very cooperative. Rakha mam is very soft spoken and cooperative. Dr. Medha mam and Dr. Nitin sir is the best doctor in the city. .... Thank you all
