Great eye hospital. The doctor treats patients very well. Eyes cured.

Hospital facilities are up to the mark Dr. Are very humble with patients. staff are cooperative I am very happy to Dr. Ugale Eye hospital (ALKA NETRALAYA...)

Excellent facility equipped with modern devices. Dr.Sunil and Dr.Pritam is very polite and listens all concerns. Staff is professional and very well skilled. Affordable and first time right treatment. I had operatives done here for my mother and father with zero complaints post operatives.

Went to get my eye check up done. Couldn't see the doctor but by the reviews doctor seem to be a nice person for sure. What disappointed the most was when I went I was told to give my name and number but people who had come after me were getting in with no sharing of name or number. I felt bad about it and even after waiting for 30 minutes approximately, didn't get to see the doctor but people who went directly inside the clinic with no permission were not asked anything and were treated before me. It felt partial. I'm sure Doctor must be good but the staff is not professional and have no training on how to take the appointment and manage them. Hopefully it would become better in the future. I respect the doctor's time but I felt disrespected because my time was not respected. Hopefully my feedback is taken constructively and next time people get to be treated with respect and people who can be cured by the doctor actually get an opportunity to see him with their time being respected. May be Doctor sir can get a software to manage appointments better than what doctor is paying people to do. Again I didn't see the doctor. I'm not reviewing the doctor sir it's the clinic management that I am writing about.

The hospital is very nice and priceless also for all the patient disease ther are treatment very well the doctor also is experiencing

Best Hospital With all advance equipment..... Dr. Sunil sir is very talented person and proving that he is University Topper.... I will recommend to visit this hopsital for small to major eye issue......

Dr. Ugale is the best Opthalmologist. He treat my daughter's eye infection for which we were totally anxious.
