Great experience, very helpful and understanding staff. My spouse's spectacles got lost in the sea water at ganpatipule and we panicked because he can't see clearly without glasses . Even though it was a holi festival the store was open and the optician was very helpful and available till late night, got our eyes checked up and delivered eyeglasses within 1 hour.

These people are awesome. I lost my glasses in ganpatipule and I called them. Knowing that I am from our station these guys took my order at 1 PM and delivers my power eye glasses by 6 PM. Same day delivery. This is more then customer service. Thanks guys, one day if I am in Ratnagiri I would definitely meet with you guys. I was simply looking for something quick and fast May be temporary but you guys have given me glasses with such a quality that it’s will go atleast a year. Every thing happened on phone and the service was so amazing. Keep it up.
