Disappointing!! Extremely poor service!! I didn’t have a good experience at Titan Eye Plus, Sangamner. They fitted my lenses at the wrong axis and he completely ignored my concerns about the incorrect lenses, talked over me repeatedly, and dismissed everything I tried to say, denied replacing lenses or refund. Very frustrating and disappointing service. They take no responsibily if lenses are fitted wrong by them. Kindly think twice before visiting this store. Update: This store is completely fraudulent. They sold me glasses for 3000rs saying that it will have all types of protection (including UV light). I just checked those glasses in another store. It doesn't have UV protection. 🤯 means they sold glasses of 700rs for 3000rs. Don't go to this store. Unlike other Titan stores, this one is a complete flop show. Reviews are paid. No store gets 850+ 5 star reviews. Hope you all understand!!! Your eye health is more important than any brand!! Check photos for proof.
