I recently visited Lenskart and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the selection process. I purchased two spectacle frames, and I'm thrilled with both of them. The quality is excellent, and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend Lenskart for anyone looking for stylish and reliable eyewear!

Very very very bad service, they don't want to do anything, they don't even want to talk to the customer. I visited this lenskart store for the first time and i am very disappointed. They only want to end the conversation as soon as possible, i was telling them about an offer, they said that the offer is valid but it will take upto 1 month, i said ok take the time, but then they said that your frames condition is not good so you can't use the offer whit this frame, but my frame was absolutely fine and it was of jhon jacobs, lenskart's brand. I feel like they don't want any customer to visit the store, they don't want to work at all.

Wosrt service i ever recived in my life. Fisrt they provide low quality material frame and if that brakes or damages after they do not have any spares to give to customer.

The staff in this Vijay Nagar branch is so rude and don't know how to answer customer's doubts. They don't have basic knowledge about lenses and frame... Please avoid this place and go somewhere else.
