Very good medical service. Despite of being charitable organization the Quality of service is up to the mark. Staff is cooperative. Trustworthy hospital.

The staff is very poor. No one is paying attention to anyone. Patients are sitting waiting. They are not fully informed. They do not provide good service to the patient. They do not know the patient's number. And they do not know whether the doctor is there or not.

This is an "Eye Hospital" by "lions Club". It is mainly an Eye Hospital with good medical facilities available for everyone. It is not like anyother hospitals, it provides low priced or even free treatment for poor people. Because of this reason this place is quite crowdy. But the doctors, nurses and staff are well behaved and gentle people. Also the area this hospital located in is Ghanshamnagar which is nice and peaceful place to get recovered.

Main doctors are not approachable for consultation. A few of the staff members are rude & impolite. No time respect for others.
