I had a very disappointing experience with Titan Eye Plus. I ordered progressive glasses for my mom, but the service was far from what we expected. They failed to provide clear information regarding the replacement or refund policy, and now that there’s an issue, they refuse to resolve it. Not only did they delay the delivery, but when the glasses weren’t delivered even after twice the promised time, I requested a refund and cancellation of the order. Instead of addressing my concern, they forced us to wait for the product, without even giving a proper date for when the glasses would arrive. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Very frustrating!
